A good, quiet, portable, conical burr grinder for coffee?

I need a coffee grinder that you can take to work. It should be quiet and nobody bothers me, should be portable, I will not stop there. I will use it for 3 cups of coffee at a time. I'll use a French press for brewing. Conical burr grinders I have heard are the way forward. The recommendations would be appreciated!
