Thank for sharing! I am always learning new things about coffee. It is truly a unique beverage that is enjoyed in every part of the globe.
just a small comment mate, coffee beans are native to Ethiopia and Yemen. the Ethiopians used to grind the green beans and eat them for energy before hunting trips. While Arabs like my ancestors were the first to Roast the coffee bean and the first to Grind it. It reached the world through trade between the Arabs and Italians around 1600, and it was prescribed by a Muslim Sultan to the king of France at that time.
the Green bean reached the world when the Dutch invaded Yemen and exported it
